Place Value Robots
Class 3 started their place value work in maths by using Base 10 to create their very own robots. We counted the number of hundreds, tens and ones in each robots and wrote these as 3-digit numbers. Excellent maths work Class 3!

Talking about shape
Today was No Pens Day. The children all had a go at describing 3D shapes for their classmates to guess. They used great mathematical language such as faces, edges and vertices and were brilliant at giving the right answer.
