Marvellous Marrows
Class One recently harvested the marrows they had planted when they were in Reception. The children were amazed to see how their tiny seeds had grown into something so enormous. We were pleased to donate some of the marrows to Home Instead who work with local elderly and vulnerable people. The school cook also kindly cooked one of the marrows for us to try. The children thought it was delicious and emptied their bowls!
